Junta slaps the face of both UN and the international community.

Burmese generals did it again. They again show lack of respect to international community's concern. They do not agree with the assessment by the UN team regarding the deteriorating social, health and economic conditions.

Lately, international community has been raising an idea of an "incentive package" to alleviate poverty in Burma. How is the international community going to help when juta itself is not admitting that Burma has poverty problem? This is the time to discard that "incentive package" idea once and for all.

This is also a big distractor for Mr. Gambari's mission. Who knows, that may be the junta's true intention.

Junta is buying time. Now, UN is scrambling to find a replacement for Mr. Petrie's position. It surely will take time to find a person with similar knowledge and experience like Mr. Petrie. There is more cards to play in the junta's sleeve. What if they refuse to let Mr. Gambari in again or delay issuing his next visa for 6 months? How will UNSC respond to that? UNSC must not let the junta dictate the process. UNSC must also be proactive not reactive.

This is the time for junta to stop playing game and listen to world's opinion. United Nations Security Council must be ready to take strong actions if junta fails to comply with UNSC's concerns in order to save innocent lives.

For our fellow Burmese citizens, our struggle will continue until we have freedom and democracy in Burma. A lot of innocent lives have been lost in the struggle and we must not stop or even rest.

Free Burma!

my suggestion is rebuilt all local underground units ,multi malitia, all different race and refugee.will be unite ???? then they all need to support each other [each of everyone] before they support the democracy or myanmarpeople or for the country. if not we can't remove this goverment for rest of our lives.
