အားရမိပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ ျမင္တာေလးေတြေျပပါရေစ။
(၁) အဖြဲ ့အစည္းရယ္လို ့နအဖ ေၾကာက္သြားေအာင္မျပႏိုင္ေသးပါဘူး။ဖြဲ ့စည္းျပီးျပီဆိုရင္လဲ မၾကာခင္သိရမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။အားလုံးပ ါ၀င္တဲ့ အားလုံးပါ၀င္ႏိုင္တဲ့ အားလုံးကိုအလုပ္ responsibility ေပးႏိုင္ တဲ့အဖြဲ ့အစည္းတခုေမွ်ာ္မွန္းမိပါတယ္။ အစိုးရဖြဲ ့စည္းေရးဆိုတာပါေပမဲ့ ဒီအေျခအေနမွာမလြယ္ေသးဘူးထင္ပါတယ ္။ NCGUB နဲ ့ထိပ္တိုက္ေတြ ့ေနကိန္းျမင္ပါတယ္။ NCGUB ကို (သို ့) NCGUB အင္အားစုမ်ားကိုဆြဲေဆာင္ရႏိုင ္ရင္ေတာ့ အစိုးရလို ့အမည္တပ္ျပီးခိုင္ခိုင္မာမာလုပ္ ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ႏို ့မို ့ရင္ေတာ့နဲနဲရွဳတ္မယ္။
(၂) လူမွဳအဖြဲ ့အစည္းတခုမွာ ၾတိဂံ ရဲ ့ ေဒါင့္ ၃ ခု လိုဘဲ လူ ၃မ်ိဳးရိွၾကပါတယ္။
ပထမေဒါင့္ကေတာ့ Red အနီေဒါင့္ျဖစ္ျပီး တက္ၾကြလုပ္ခ်င္စိတ္ရွိကူမ်ားပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။ အခု ေရွ ့တန္းကေန ျပည္တြင္းကအသက္ေပး ေထာင္က်ခံ မိသားစုကြဲ တိမ္းေရွာင္။ျပည္ပမွာ တကယ့္ကို နအဖ ကိုေၾကျငာျပီးတိုက္ေနလုပ္ေနတဲ့ ကိုမိုးသီးအပါအ၀င္ ဦးေဆာင္လွဳပ္ရွားေနသူမ်ား, passport ေတာင္သတိမရဘဲ တက္ၾကြစြာ ေရးသားေျပာဆို စည္းရုံးလွဳပ္ရွားေနၾကတဲ့ေက်ာင္ းသားေက်ာင္းသူမ်ားပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။ သူတို ့ေသခ်ာေပါက္ဦးေဆာင္မွဳအဖြဲ ့ေတြမွာပါမယ္ဆိုတာယုံၾကည္ပါတယ္။
တခါတရံဆႏၵေစာျပီးက်ြံသြားတာထိန္းေပးႏိုင္ရင္အလုပ္ျဖစ္မဲ့အဖြဲ ့ပါ။
ဒုတိယေဒါင့္ကေတာ့ Green အစိမ္းေရာင္ေဒါင့္ျဖစ္ျပီး သိပ္တိက်ခ်င္ျပီးေသခ်ာမွ၀င္လာခ်င္သူမ်ားျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ပညာတတ္ အမ်ားစုဒီအုပ္စုမွာပါျပီး သူတို ့ကိုလဲျပစ္ထားလို ့မရပါ။ သူတို ့ထံမွ Brain Storming မ်ားအၾကံဥာဏ္မ်ား ေငြေၾကးေထာက္ပံ့မွဳမ်ားရႏိုင္ပ ါတယ္။ ခရီးတ၀က္ေလာက္ေရာက္ရင္ပါလာမွာမို ့ပိုမိုအင္အားေကာင္းေသာအဖြဲ ့အစည္းျဖစ္ဖို ့သူတို ့လဲလိုပါတယ္။ အနည္းဆုံး သူတို ့နဲ ့ဆိုင္တဲ့ subject ေတြမွာ Research ေတြလုပ္ခိုင္းထားရင္ရပါတယ္။ ရုရွားကစစ္ဗိုလ္ေလးေတြကိုေတာင္ ျပန္အသုံးခ်လို ့ရပါတယ္။ စစ္တပ္ က ဒီမိုကေရစီ ဘယ္လိုနားလည္လဲ။ စစ္တပ္တြင္း ေအာက္ေျခထိလူ ့အခြင္ ့အေရးေတြ နားလည္လာေအာင္သူတို ့ဘယ္လိုျမင္လဲ စသည္ျဖင္ ့ျဖစ္ႏိုင္တဲ့ ေခါင္းစဥ္ေလးေတြနဲ ့ေဆြးေႏြးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ NCGUB , NCC နဲ ့အလားတူအဖြဲ ့အစည္းေတြမွာ Facts and Figures ေတြစုစည္းထားျပီးရွိေနပါမယ္။ သူတို ့လဲပါႏိုင္ရင္ေကာင္းပါတယ္။
တတိယေဒါင့္ ကေတာ အျပာေဒါင့္ ျပည္သူအမ်ားစုပါဘဲ။ သူတို ့အားလံုးလွဳပ္ရွားမွ နအဖျပဳတ္မွာပါ။
အခု ကိုမိုးသီးတို ့လွဳပ္ရွားမွဳမွာက အနီေဒါင္ ့ကိုဘဲဦးစားေပးတဲ့လွဳပ္ရွားမွဳလိုျဖစ္ေနပါတယ္။ အစိုးရဖြဲ ့စည္းေရးေတြ လိုအခ်က္ေတြပါလာရင္ လူမ်ားစု စည္းရုံးႏိုင္မွဳက်ပါတယ္။ နအဖ ကလဲ ေၾကာက္ပါတယ္။ အတင္းဖ်က္ပါလိမ့္မယ္။ တပ္ေပါင္းစု အဖြဲ ့အစည္းအေနနဲ ့ျဖည္းျဖည္းမွန္မွန္ေလးတက္သြားတ ာကပိုေကာင္းမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။
အထူးသျဖင့္ အျပာေဒါင့္ကျပည္သူလူထုအမ်ားစုအတြက္ ေနာက္ဆုံးအဆုံးသတ္မွာအေၾကာက္တရာ းကင္းကင္းနဲ ့ပါဖို ့ဥပေဒအတြင္းကသူတို ့ညင္ညင္သာသာေလးပါႏိုင္တဲ့ အခ်က္ကေလးေတြရွာထားႏိုင္ရင္ပိုမ ိုေအာင္ျမင္ႏိုင္မယ္လို ့ထင္ပါတယ္။

don't forget change within is also include Armed force that also part of the keys for peaceful democracy. We beleive it is everybody concerns now. Current suituation is not only break up the UNION, it is going to destroy the UNION and everybody.

Army look like TO SAVE THE LIVES & almost cracking that is why Ball Kyaung than shwe is trying to make bloodshed with everybody so army can not turn back against to them. If peace deal broken and war starting all over the places then all army commanders and all rebels can not stop because that is why they are calling war in every places in Burma. All commanders can not leave the battles field and thinking about to change within. It takes a couple of years to cool down. It is Ball Kyaung than shwe’s Trick, he is buying the time. He needs to trick something that he needs time. That is what Ball Kyaung than shwe is doing. Just find out more before everybody take action.
Every bloody crackdown to peoples up rising after that we all heard all peace deal is broken with rebels and fighting is broke out all over in Burma. During bloody creak down all soldiers and commanders are up set because that is their peoples and unarmed too. First thing got in their mind is like us to make change within. If you are a soldier even you are rebel you can not walk away from battle field. If your comrade is dying or injuries it makes you more binding. All commanders are very busy and threat of broken the union is become real. So what ever happen win the war first changes within latter. Change within phrase never come BECAUSE during war all commanders are monopolized and their good intention is cool down. That is why they are always stalling the time (buying time) and at the end there is never come to the second part of “CHANGE WITHIN”. So please do your responsible duties and the real peace will take care itself.
OUR PEOPLES DUTY IS TO TRY DYING. ARMY DUTY IS TO SAVE LIVES. IF THAT TWO SOLUTION COME IN AS ONE THAN peace will take care itself.
