မေျပာရင္ မသိႏိုင္ဘူး။ ၾကာတဲ့ အခါက်ေတာ့လည္း သမိုင္းေတြက မရွိခဲ့သေယာင္ မျဖစ္ခဲ့သေယာင္ ျဖစ္လာတယ္။ NCGUB ဆိုတာ အလိုအေလ်ာက္ ေပၚေပါက္လာသလို ေျပာဆိုျငင္းခုန္ေနၾကတယ္။ အခုအခ်ိန္မွ NCG ကို တိုးခ်ဲ႔ ဖြဲ႔သင့္ မဖြဲ႔သင့္ စသျဖင့္ ေဆြးေႏြးျငင္းခုန္မႈေတြက အတိတ္သမိုင္းကို ထည့္မေျပာေတာ့ဘဲ ရွိေနတာ ၾကည့္မရႏိုင္ျဖစ္လာတယ္။
တကယ္ေတာ့ အမတ္ေတြ ေတာထဲထြက္လာေတာ့ ႀကိဳတဲ့ခရီးမွာ ေသဆံုးခဲ့တဲ့ ရဲေဘာ္ေတြရွိတယ္။ မိုင္းထိ လက္ျပတ္ခဲ့တဲ့ ရဲေဘာ္ေတြလည္း ရွိတယ္။ ေရာက္လာတဲ့ အမတ္လူတစုက အစိုးရ ဖြဲ႔လာေတာ့ ရံုးလုပ္ငန္းကအစ၊ လံုျခံဳေရးအဆံုး ABSDF ရဲေဘာ္ေတြက စြမ္းစြမ္းတမန္ပံ့ပိုးေပးခဲ့ၾကတယ္။ ဒီမိုကရက္တစ္ ျမန္မာ့အသံကို စလုပ္ၾကေတာ့လည္း ျပည္ေထာင္စု ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ အမ်ဳိးသားညြန္႔ေပါင္းအစိုးရရဲ႔ အသံဆိုၿပီး ၀ိုင္း၀န္းျမႇင့္တင္ ပံ့ပိုးေပးခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္။ ဒီသမိုင္းေတြကို ဒီေန႔ မေျပာၾက၊ မၾကားရေတာ့ဘူး။ တိုင္းရင္းသားေတြက သေဘာထားႀကီးၿပီး ခြင့္ျပဳခဲ့တဲ့ ကိစၥေတြ မေျပာၾကေတာ့ဘူး။ DAB ေခၚ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ ဒီမိုကရက္တစ္ မဟာမိတ္အဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္က အစိုးရဖြဲ႔ဖို႔ဆိုၿပီး ျပင္ဆင္ထားတဲ့ မူ၊ ေပၚလစီ၊ တံဆိပ္တံုးက အစ အဆင္သင့္ရလိုက္တဲ့ ကိစၥေတြ မေျပာၾကေတာ့ဘူး။ ဒီကိစၥေတြကို ျပန္ေျပာင္း စကားေျပာျဖစ္တယ္။ ေႏွာင္းလူေတြ မွတ္သားၾကရေအာင္ပါ။ ဒီဖိုင္ကို နားေထာင္ၾကည့္။

You should also mention about who want which position? (What KIO want? What NMSP want? due to that arguement, delay to form DAB's NCGUB, finally Sein win's group get all chance and moved to BKK, later, never come back to the Manerplaw.
