If this book is available free online, who will pay for the book. If not enough people pay for the book, how can the publisher recoup the cost. If the publisher cannot make money or at least recoup the cost from the book, who will bother publishing more books.
This is piracy. Most Burmese authors earn very little from works which are being stolen by those who "respect" the authors. In fact, it is the worst way of showing respect. When you say poverty can kill, you should also aware that piracy is killing Burmese authors as well.
If this book sales goes well, a portion of the profit could reduce financial burden of Ko Min Ko Naing's family to some extent. I wonder how much thought had given in this post. sad ... :(
