Nope that is not Hell. It's just a bad construction by Burmese Government. Lose foundation and many sand. The money goes to the pocket.
Yep,they are sucking Peoples'sweat and blood money.People sacrifices a lot, decades,(poor,hunger,sick, deaths,etc...)not to mention all. That is why they are going to Hell.
They cover their dirty, selfish hearts with that greedy pockets all the way to Hell.
