This isn't surprised! Military Govt. in Myanmar is practicing since 20 yrs ago daily without failing.
This isn't surprised! Military Govt. in Myanmar is ruling country for over 20 yrs no electricity without failing as their daily routing responsible to own civilians.
If we have such a disaster, we need to buy back electricity from China to cool the reactors. Nice. Isn't it?
