၁- ေရကာတာကထြက္တဲ့စြမ္းအင္ ၉၉ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္း တရုပ္ကိုေရာင္းရမယ္။ျမန္မာက ၁ ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္းပဲရမယ္။
၂- ေရကာတာတည္ေဆာက္ဖို ့ တရုပ္လုပ္သား ၃ေသာင္း ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္အတြင္းေရာက္ေနတယ္။ ေဒသခံအလုပ္သမားေတြကိုမသံုးဘူး။
၃- ေရကာတာ ၇ ခုမွာ ပင္မ ေရကာတာ က စင္ကာပူနိင္ငံအရြယ္ခံရိွမယ္။
၄- ေရကာတာအားလံုးေပါင္းက နယူးေယာက္ျမို ့ထက္ၾကီးမယ္။
၅-စစ္ကိုင္းျပတ္ေရြ ့ေက်ာရဲ ့နယ္နမိတ္အတြင္းမွာေရကတာကတည္ရိွလာမယ္။ ေရအားေၾကာင့္ ျပတ္ေရြ ့ေၾကာကို သက္ေရာက္မႈရိွနိင္မယ္လို ့ ပညာရွင္ေတြက သံုးသပ္တယ္။

1. 99% of electricity generated from the dam would be sold to
China; Burma would get only 1%.
2. There are 30,000 Chinese workers already in Kachin State to work on the projects; no local workers to be employed.
3. The size of the main dam out of the 7 in the project would be as big as the size of Singapore.
4. The overall size of all the dams combined would be as big as New York City.
5. The dam to be built at Pyat Shwe Kyaww ( Sagaing Fault line) in Sagaing Division would impact negatively on Pyat Shwe Kyaww according to experts.
6. Myitkyina, capital of Kachin State, would be FLOODED within 20 seconds in case the dam collapses. Hence, an army contingent based at Myitkyina has been moved to higher ground at Putao for that urgency.
7. The building of the dam would HUGELY UNDERMINE the environment.
8. Political landscape of Burma as well would be greatly changed.
9. Burma would become a vassal state of China no less as well in due course of time.
10. The broker/contractor in this dam deal is Htun Myint Naing of Asia World Company.
11. Despite the Chinese experts’ commending not to go ahead with the dam project that would effectively destroy the environment and ecological aspects of the country Burmese military leaders and Chinese government have turned a blind eye on the point and fact.
