Assuming that the above document is true (I really doubt it!), I believe that U Aye Lwin and those five gentlemen didn't violate any rules because they paid the fee and left from the gate finally. However, they said many rude words to official. That is a test of free speech. If you have to take action on saying rude words, the members of Tea Party in America could have been barred from the Congress for a long time. However, this is a great opportunity to Military Government to replace with their people in those six seats. Beware of Booby Traps. I would love to see the outcome.
