ဒုတိယ ေရႊဝါေရာင္ ေတာ္လွန္ေရးၾကီး စၿပီ

 

There was a gathering of about 40 Buddhist monks and 500 people in front of the Buddhist monastery. The Buddhist monks were giving sermons using bull horns since early 5.00 AM in the morning from Maha Buddha-win Buddhist Center located in the premises of the Maha Myat Mu Ni Shrine. The Buddhist monks were calling for mass participation at the same time and urging countrywide participation in this matter as well.
The demonstrating Buddhist monks issued a statement as follows:
“Burma’s peace to World Peace”
With a view for peace, equality and justice in Burma the Buddhist monks while leading the people of the country hereby call on President U Thein Sein to substantially implement the following:
1. For peace, freedom and justice among the people of the country we in loving compassion call for the unconditional release of all our brethren – remaining political prisoners and Buddhist monks – held in prisons today.
2. Call for cessation of all armed conflicts among own ethnic brethren immediately and embark on a course to implement genuine peace at the earliest participated by ethnic representatives and opposition alliances and
3. Withdraw all censorships blocking the preaching of Lord Buddha’s universal truths and knowledge enhancing sermons by Buddhist monks and literary figures and requirement to request for prior permission before doing so. And allow them to preach, write and give lectures freely as well.

အဆိုပါ သပိတ္စခန္းကို ျငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး သပိတ္စခန္းဟု အမည္ေပးထားၿပီး ေတာင္းဆိုမႈမ်ား မရမခ်င္းဖြင္႕လွစ္မည္ဟု ေၾကျငာေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။
 မႏၱေလးလူထုက ဘုန္းဘုန္းခ်မွ လုံးလုံးရမယ္ဟုေၿပာဆိုေနၾကေၾကာင္းသိရပါသည္။
