A labour must work 8 hours per day excluding brake times. For example someone starts working at 8;00 am. and he or she will take three brakes like 10;00 am - 10:15 am, 12;15 pm - 12:45 pm, and 2:45 pm - 3:00 pm, and ends working at 5:00 pm. If they are not taking a brake, it means their job quality will be poor. If you take a brake, no one will pay for the brake time. If you are lazy, go to work as a CSW and it's a easy money.
