ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ ၿပန္ၾကားေရး ၀န္ၾကီးဌာနဟာ  ၿပည္သူေတြရဲ႕ ဆႏၵနဲ႔ ၿဖစ္ရပ္မွန္မ်ား ကုိ အစုိးရပုိင္ သတင္းမီဒီယာ ကေန ေဖာ္ၿပေပးမႈ မရွိသည့္ အၿပင္၊ အစုိးရ ရဲ႕ အာေဘာ္ေတြ ကုိ သာ ႏွစ္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ ထုတ္ၿပန္ ေရးသားေဖာ္ၿပလွ်က္ရွိတယ္။  ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ လ က က်ေနာ္တုိ႔ We Fight We Win  ဟာ ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ မွာ သတင္းမီဒီယာ လြတ္လပ္ခြင့္ ကိစၥႏွင့္ ဆက္ႏြယ္ေသာ ေမးခြန္း ၂ ခု ကုိ အြန္လုိင္းအင္တာနက္ မွ တဆင့္ က်ေနာ္တုိ႔ ဘေလာ့ခ္ကုိ လာေရာက္ လည္ပတ္ ေနၾကတဲ့ စာဖတ္သူ ေတြရဲ႕ ့ ဆႏၵမဲ တလၾကာ ေတာင္းခံခဲ့တယ္။ ႏုိင္ငံေပါင္း ၁၀၀ ေက်ာ္  က်ေနာ္တုိ႔ ဘေလာ့ခ္ကုိ လာေရာက္ လည္ပတ္ ခဲ့ၾကတဲ့ စာဖတ္သူ ေတြထဲက မီဒီယာလြတ္လပ္ခြင့္အေရး  စိတ္၀င္စားသူ မ်ား ဆႏၵမဲ ေပးခဲ့ၾကတယ္။ စုစုေပါင္း ဆႏၵမဲေပးခဲ့သူ ၁၇၇၉ ဦး ရွိခဲ့တယ္။

ပထမ ေမးခြန္း အတြက္ ဆႏၵမဲေပးခဲ့ၾကတဲ့  ၈၀ ရာခုိင္ႏွဳန္း ( ဆႏၵမဲေပးသူ ၇၂၁ ေယာက္ )  က  မီဒီယာကိုကန္႔သတ္ျခင္းသည္ ႏိုင္ငံတိုးတက္မႈကို ကန္႔သတ္ျခင္းၿဖစ္သည္။ ဒီမုိကေရစီစနစ္ေအာက္မွာ အစုိးရ ပုိင္သည့္ သတင္းစာ၊ ရုပ္ၿမင္သံၾကား မီဒီယာ မထားရွိသင့္ပါလုိ႕  သေဘာထားေပးခဲ့ၾကၿပီး၊ ၂၀ ရာခုိင္ႏွဳန္း( ၁၈၅) ေယာက္ က ထားရွိသင့္ပါတယ္လုိ႔ သေဘာထားေပးခဲ့ၾကတယ္။

Restriction on Media is restriction on Nation's developments.  Government should not own media under the democratic system. Government should not use licensing of media organizations as a tool by government to influence or censor the media. Media must be private or independent, which has no direct control from any political party or government.

ဒုတိယ ေမးခြန္း အတြက္  ဆႏၵမဲေပးခဲ့ၾကတဲ့  ၉၀ ရာခုိင္ႏွဳန္း ( ဆႏၵမဲေပးသူ ၇၈၅ ေယာက္ )  က  လူဦးေရ သန္း ၃၁၀ ေနထုိင္တဲ့ အေမရိကန္ႏုိင္ငံ ႏွင့္ လူဦးေရ ၁.၃ ဘီလီယံ ေနထုိင္ၾကတဲ့ တရုတ္ႏုိင္ငံ ရွိ အစုိးရ အဖြဲ႔မ်ားတြင္ ၿပန္ၾကားေရး ၀န္ၾကီးဌာနဆုိတာမရွိပါ။ အစုိးရ အဖြဲ႔တြင္ ေၿပာခြင့္ဆုိခြင့္ရွိသူသာ ထားရွိပါတယ္။ ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွာ ၿပန္ၾကားေရး ၀န္ၾကီးဌာန ကုိ ဖ်က္သိမ္းသင့္သည္ လုိ႔ ဆႏၵထုတ္ေဖာ္ ခဲ့ၾကတယ္။ ၁၀ ရာခုိင္ႏွဳန္းသာ  ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွာ ၿပန္ၾကားေရး ၀န္ၾကီးဌာန ကုိ မဖ်က္သိမ္းသင့္ပါဘူးလုိ႔ ဆႏၵထုတ္ေဖာ္ခဲ့ၾကတယ္။

There are over 311 million people in the United States, and about 1.3 billion people in China. Neither the U.S Government nor the Chinese government has Information Ministry in their cabinets. Instead of information minister, both governments engaged or elected spokespersons to speak on behalf of government.

၂) ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွာ ၿပန္ၾကားေရး ၀န္ၾကီးဌာန ကုိ ဖ်က္သိမ္းသင့္သည္။

လုိ႔ ဆႏၵထုတ္ေဖာ္ မဲေပးခဲ့ပါေၾကာင္း က်ေနာ္တုိ႔ ဘေလာ့ခ္ကုိ လာေရာက္ လည္ပတ္ ေနၾကတဲ့ စာဖတ္သူအားလုံး ကုိ အသိေပး အေၾကာင္းၾကားပါသည္။ ဆႏၵမဲ ေပး ခဲ့သူအားလုံး ကုိ We Fight We Win ကုိယ္စား အထူးေက်းဇူးတင္ရွိေၾကာင္း မွတ္တမ္းတင္အပ္ပါသည္။
