ရင္းႏွီးျမွပ္ႏံွနိင္ေသာ္လည္း ျမန္မာျပည္ရိွခရိုုနီမ်ား ႏွင့္ ယခင္စစ္အစိုုးရ ကုုမၺဏီမ်ား က အေမရိကန္ ႏွင့္ တျခားနိင္ငံမ်ားသိုု ့ သြားေရာက္ ရင္းႏွီးျမွပ္ႏွံမႈႏွင့္ ေငြလႊဲေျပာင္းခြင့္မ်ားမရ ေသးေၾကာင္း သိရပါတယ္။
