ရန္ကုန္မွာ က်င္းပခဲ့တဲ့ IFPAD က်န္းမာေရး ဆုိင္ရာ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ




ႏုိ၀င္ဘာ ၇ ရက္ေန႔ က အေမရိကန္ႏုိင္ငံ ဗာဂ်ီးနီးယားၿပည္နယ္ က ေရဒီယုိ ေရာင္ၿခည္ ေရာဂါကုသမႈ ဆရာ၀န္ ေဒါက္တာေအးမင္း ဦးေဆာင္တဲ့ ေဆးဘက္ဆုိင္ရာ ပညာရွင္မ်ားအဖြဲ႔ ဟာ ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွာ က်င္းပတဲ့ ရင္သားကင္ဆာ ေရာဂါ တုိက္ဖ်က္ မႈ ပညာေပးဆုိင္ရာ ႏွီးေႏွာ ဖလွယ္ပြဲ မွာ တက္ေရာက္ ေဆြးေႏြး ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ယင္းေဆြးေႏြးပြဲသုိ႔ ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ က်န္းမာေရး ပညာရွင္မ်ား၊ က်န္းမာေရး၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား ေဆးဘက္ဆုိင္ရာ ေက်ာင္းသူေက်ာင္းသား မ်ား ႏွင့္ ေလ့လာသူမ်ား ရာနဲ႔ခ်ီ တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္။

လာမည့္ ဒီဇင္ဘာလ မွာ IFPAD အဖြဲ႔ ရဲ႕  IFPAD :  “HELP PEOPLE, HELP BURMA” စီးပြားေရး ဆုိင္ရာ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ ကုိ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႔ မွာ က်င္းပဖုိ႔ရွိေၾကာင္းသိရွိရပါသည္။

IFPAD Business Forum:  “HELP PEOPLE, HELP BURMA”

Mission:

Our mission is “to help people, to help Burma”.  We believe that people in Burma are and should be the drivers of development for their communities and their country. To this end, our strategy is we will build a bridge the gap between local leaders and global resources. We believe our volunteer efforts and the value of training to the under-resourced leaders will promote peace and developments in Burma.

Who We Are:

We are former 8.8.88 activists and founded this forum to promote responsible foreign investment, empower small and mid-size business and help build a business culture based on transparency.                                     

IFPAD is an independent and non-profit provider of consulting and training services supported with software solutions to corporate decision makers in Burma.  

IFPAD has many volunteers, staffs and professionals who have years of experience in advising multinational corporations and small and medium sized enterprises in their international investment, location strategy decisions as well as supply chain optimization strategies.

Our Approach:

We fully understand the relationship between corporate strategy, supply chain management and foreign investment. This results in considerable cost savings, while maintaining or increasing customer service levels.  
                                                                                                           
IFPAD will produce a considerable amount of analytical work addressing the issue of incentives for foreign direct investment in Burma. That will include providing the reports, papers and finding on the International Trade and Core Labor Standards, Environmental Issues in Policy-Based Competition for Investment, and the Harmful Impacts of Incentives Used to Attract Foreign Direct Investment.

IFPAD will mainly focus on the FDI attraction services which include organizational review and development, strategy building, promotion and lead Generation, and Investor servicing and aftercare by engaging with all key stake holders.

IFPAD will also provide a number of educational programs, training workshops, seminars, economic forums on the implementation and enforcement of Good Automated Manufacturing Practices.  As a result, GAMP will cover Lean Manufacturing Concepts, Standard Operating Procedures, all aspects of production; from the raw materials, facility and equipment to the training and hygiene of staff. Standard operating procedures (SOPs) are essential for processes that can affect the quality of the finished product. 

In doing so, IFPAD will indentify the key obstacles, and lay out organizational best practices, and share our finding, and recommendation  to the investors and business leaders who are those needed. IFPAD will work with closer collaborative links between business leaders and investors at regional and global as well.
