Isn't it understandable why? You have U Kyaw Tint Swe as the secretary who will have to do most of the leg-work in compiling the report. He is one who was the former Permanent Representative to the United Nations and the one who had to cover up, deflect and argue against the crimes committed by the military regime would he be reporting on the legacy of that regime? I think not. He is known as the 'eel' in the foreign service circle for his shrewdness and for being cunning beyond belief or simply put a person with neither morals nor principles. The very instant I heard that he will be the secretary of the Commission I said to myself, "the report will not be coming out."
