လယ္ယာေၿမသိမ္းမႈ၊ ခုိးယူမႈ ေနာက္ ကြယ္ မွ နက္ရွဳိင္းသည့္ ဆုိးက်ိဳးမ်ား ကုိ ဘယ္လုိေၿဖရွင္းသင့္ပါသလဲ။?

ၿမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ လူဦးေရ ရဲ႕ ၆၅ ရာခုိင္ႏွဳန္းဟာ လယ္ယာစုိက္ပ်ိဳးေရး ကုိ အေၿခခံတဲ့ ၿမန္မာ့စီးပြားေရး မွာ လုပ္ကုိင္ေနၾကၿပီး၊ အမ်ိဳးသား ကုန္ထုတ္လုပ္မႈရဲ႕ ၆၀ ရာခုိင္ႏွဳန္း ထိ ၿဖည့္ဆည္း ေထာက္ပံ့ေပးထားတယ္။

နယူးေယာက္၊ တုိရြန္တုိ၊ တုိက်ိဳ၊ လန္ဒန္ ၿမိဳ႔ၾကီးေတြ ထက္ အဆမတန္ ေစ်းႏုန္းၾကီးၿမင့္လာခဲ့ တဲ့ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႔ အပါအ၀င္ အၿခားၿမိဳ႔ၾကီး မ်ားရွိ အိမ္ယာေၿမ ေစ်းကြက္ မွာ လယ္သိမ္း၊ေၿမသိမ္း ရုံမက လူထု အပန္းေၿဖေနရာ ႏွင့္ ကေလးကစားကြင္းမ်ား ပါမက်န္ အာဏာပုိင္မ်ား က စီးပြားေရး လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ား ႏွင့္  ေၿပာင္ေၿပာင္တင္းတင္း တရားဥပေဒမဲ့ အေရာင္းအ၀ယ္လုပ္ ေနၾကတာ ေတြ႔ရတယ္။

 ႏုိင္ငံပုိင္ေၿမေတြ အေပၚ ဘယ္သူက ခုိးယူေရာင္းခ်ခြင့္ရၿပီး၊ ဘယ္သူက ဘယ္ေလာက္ နဲ႔ ခုိးယူ ၀ယ္ယူခြင့္ရခဲ့တယ္  ဆုိတာ စစ္အစုိးရ ဆက္တုိင္း က လည္း တာ၀န္ယူ စုံစမ္းစီစစ္ အေရးယူမႈ၊ ေၿဖရွင္းမႈ မၿပဳလုပ္ခဲ့တာေတြ႔ရတယ္။  

ဒီလုိ စစ္အစုိးရ အဆက္ဆက္ ခုိးယူၿပီး၊ တရားမ၀င္၊ ဥပေဒမဲ့  အက်င့္ပ်က္ၿခစားခဲ့တဲ့ အိမ္ယာေၿမေရာင္း၀ယ္မႈေတြအေပၚ ကုိ သန္႔ရွင္းတဲ့ အစုိးရ ၊ ေကာင္းမြန္တဲ့ အစုိးရ တရပ္အေနနဲ႔ ေနာင္မွာ ဘယ္လုိ တာ၀န္ယူ ေၿဖရွင္းသင့္သလဲ ဆုိတာ ကုိ ေလ့လာ သုံးသပ္ေဆြးေႏြးထားတယ္။

Facts:
