The Panties for Peace campaign in Germany is in full swing and getting stronger everyday. Burmese women in Germany are sending their panties to the Burmese embassy in Germany to denounce killing of Buddhist monks by the military junta. They join women around the world doing the same action. A friend of mine told me that women spread the news over the internet. They are also asking their German friends and more German women are also joining the movement.
The Burmese embassy in Germany has been receiving panties everyday and now they have received over 1000 panties. The Burmese ambassador to Germany, Tin Win, who generally does not have a lot of things to do has been busy planning how to handle an influx of panties.
Sources close to the embassy state that they are also picking out the good panties to be resold in Burma. Please inform your blog audience not to send good panties. If you do so, you will be inadvertently helping the regime. If your audience members are interested in joining the campaign, panties can be sent to Tin Win , Ambassador ,
