Before,Burmese are top English speakers in Asia. Now is a shameful situation.Our own people destroy the education.This is a sin,like cutting some one Else's tongue.
I can see the girl's eyes, eager to speak, but(stopped by the language) stuck some where during the speech.
That's hurt, but clever enough to change subject. Smart & bright. If she could spoken well, she'll be the Best.
