သိန္းစိန္တရုပ္ကေန ေငြ ေခ်းတာရလာတယ္။ ျပန္ဆပ္ဖို ့အစီအစဥ္ရိွမရိွဟုသိရ။

သိန္းစိန္ကိုတရုပ္က ကူညီေငြ ယူရို ေငြ သန္း ၅၄၀ ေပးလိုက္ တယ္။ ေဒၚ လာနဲ႔ဆိုရင္ သန္း ၇၆၅ ခန္ ့ရိွမယ္။ ဒီေငြက လူထုနဲ႔ တပ္မေတာ္သားေတြ အတြက္ သိပ္သံုးမယ္မထင္ဘူး။ သူတို ့ အိပ္ကပ္ထဲကိုပဲ ေရာက္ဦး မွာ ျဖစ္တယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ ဒီေငြကို ေနာင္တခ်ိန္မွာ လူထုအစိုးရက တရုပ္အစိုးရ ကို ျပန္ဆပ္ရမယ့္ သေဘာရိွတယ္။ တရုပ္က အေမရိကန္ကို ဂရုမစိုက္တဲ့ သေဘာကိုလည္း ျပသလိုက္တာေပါ့။ ဒီထက္ပိုျပီး ေလးနက္တာကေတာ့ တရုပ္က သန္းေရႊ အုပ္စုကို စိတ္ကုန္ေနတယ္။ အခြင့္အေရးရလို ့ေပါင္းေနတာပါ။ သန္းေရႊေခတ္က မွာတရုပ္က ျမန္မာေၾကာင့္ အရွက္တကြဲ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ရတာေတြ ရိွေနတယ္။ ၾကည့္ေပ်ာ္ ရႈေပ်ာ္ျဖစ္တဲ့ ျပဳျပင္ေျပာင္းလဲမႈေတြကို တရုပ္တို ့ျမင္ခ်င္တယ္။ သိန္းစိန္သြားတဲ့အခါမွာ ေငြကို ကူညီလိုက္တယ္ ဆိုေတာ့ သိန္းစိန္ကို မ်က္နာသာ ေပးလိုက္တဲ့သေဘာလည္း ရိွပါတယ္။

CHINESE LOAN TO BURMA:

1.China has thrown away 540 million Euros (US$ 565 million) as a loan to Thein Sein’s pseudo-civilian ruling body at Naypyidaw after his meeting with China’s Hu Jintao in Beijing lately. This is just a PITTANCE for China, the world’s super monetary power today, not a sum to suffice in feeding its own army to say the least. Of course the LARGE BULK of the loan would END UP in the pockets of the thieves at Naypyidaw, this time headed by Thein Sein no less. The question is who would settle the loan when the time comes for paying back! Of course the answer would be in NEGATIVE no less.

Then why would China RISK the LOAN in the first place? Is there a hidden meaning (agenda) in this case?
There could be several interpretations for that matter: show of China’s FINANCIAL POWER, GROWING POLITICAL CLOUT and of course MILITARY PROJECTION/IMAGE in this region CHALLENGING United States’ least of all is ONE amongst the lot.

2.As widely evidenced and expected as well relations between Burma and China are not always on better terms as most thought, given Than Shwe’s heinous record of human rights abuses and rampant corruption, not to mention mismanagement of the economy and others impacting NEGATIVELY on China’s reputation in respect to world politics and of course hindering regional economic developments as well no doubt.
Despite the fact, China has maintained communication lines opened with the military regime to exploit the situation at hand and in lieu of its own interests and benefits: economic concessions, energy sources and not the least long standing CONTAINMENT POLICY on India. Hence, China has been defending Than Shwe/Thein Sein and his thugs for more than two decades until today in the international arena.

3.At this juncture, in the post Than Shwe era as well, China has to project its military measure and figure while showing itself as better in the diplomacy field as well. And Beijing has noted two aspects of Burma’s new president: Thein Sein as an optimal candidate, too weak to contend with Than Shwe’ s cliques. Hence, China’s strategy/wile is very evidenced and crystal clear in this case, throwing only a PALTRY SUM Thein Sein’s way and for a short term as well just to test the waters of course.
