Today at 5:30 pm, the Democratic Karen Buddhist Army DKBA had launched an attack to the check-point controlled by the local authorities and the no. 231 light infantry division army in Kawkarate Township Karen state. According to the local people, the attack was commended by Col. Kyaw Thet from DKBA. The details of the injured and deaths in the incident have not been confirmed yet.
