U Soe Win
Maung, a representative of Rangoon Division, residing Ah Phauk Town, Teikkyi Township
had appointed Ko Hlaing Min Oo as a chief of Uto village, Teikkyi Township,
by taking bribe. As a 500,000 Kyat worth bribe, Ko Hlaing Min Oo had to pay two
(ten square feet) shops located at the left hand side corner of Prome road and
Ahphyauk road.
And, as the chief of the village Ko Hlaing Min Oo in corporate with the
governor of Teikkyi township had sold the public lands to Ko Nandar Aung Swe,
Ko Phyo Wai, Ko Htun Lin, Ko Nwe Oo and Ko Shwe, for their own profits.
Likewise, the representative U Soe Win Maung and the Uto village leader of Union Solidarity and Development Party USDP named Ko Zaw Kyi aka Ko Thein Lwin had illegally kept the loans, which were supposed to provide the farmers in advance at the amount of both 1,200,000 kyat USDP loan and 1,000,000 kyat federal loan, in total of 2,200,000 kyat, on their own. They had made up the lists of the farmers who never existed according to the residents.

We would
like the people of Burma
to know the corrupt nature of the USDP.
