I think the main reason of Hillary Clinton to visit to Myanmar is to give list of Myanmar political beggars (especially Moe Thee) who stay in US and shouting and doing noting for Myanmar. They might discuss ways to deport them back to Myanmar to ease the burden on US government to feed them.
