The following are so called “INFRASTRUCTURE WORK” for the OPERATION OF SOCIATY.
1)Above the ground Electrical Distribution System
2)Underground Sanitary System
3)Underground Drainage System
4)Above the ground and underground Drinking Water Supply System
5)Construction of road and lane in town
6)City/Town Fire Fighting System (eg. Provide Pillar Hydrant and under ground water pipe line in each and every of main road)
7)Rubbish/Debris Cleaning System & Facility. (eg. Municipal Office/Group/Council : (a)Arrange and carry out cleaning Rubbish at Main Road, Market ,Drain & Plublic Hall …etc (b) Provide Rubbish Truck/Garbage Truck…..etc)
(c) Provide Rubbish Bin in town
8)Public Hygiene Office/Council (eg. Mosquito Breeding Prevention)

A Good Government has to carry out the above-mentioned “INFRASTRUCTURE Work” REGULARLY & GRADUALLY in EACH and EVERY of CITY/TOWN THROUGH OUT the COUNTRY.

But Military Government failed to carry out the works for 50 years since 1962 at the time of JUNTA,NE WIN.

NOW the CITIZENS ARE FACING THE 50 YEARS HUGE DEBT GIVEN BY JUNTA, NE WIN and HIS NEW GENERATION OF MILITARY GANGSTERS.

In other words, we can say that……
The living standard of the country is going down deeper and deeper with great acceleration and momentum due to the IMPACT OF 50 YEARS MISTAKES OF WRONG POLITICAL SYSTEM and WRONG ECONOMIC SYSTEM SET UP BY JUNTA,NE WIN and FOLLOWED UP BY HIS NEW GENERATION OF MILITARY GANGSTERS

TO RECOVER BACK THIS 50 HUGE DEBT,
-FIRST, the RULING SYSTEM of GOVERNMENT must be TOTALLY TO BE CHANGED(UNDER ONE ROOF of DEMOCRACY)
-SECOND, the NEW GOVERNMENT HAS to REBUILT THE COUNTRY for at least 10 to 15 years .

DEFINITELY the 50 YEAR HUGE DEBT CAN NOT BE RECOVERED BACK WITHIN A FEW YEARS even the right government do the right things with the great effort day and night.
