Analysis on Leadership:

 “If a leader repeatedly shows poor judgment, even in little things, people start to think that having him or her as the leader is the real mistake.” 

အကယ္၍ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ သည္ အေသးအဖြယ္ အေၾကာင္းအရာကိစၥ မ်ားတြင္ ပင္ ထပ္တလဲလဲ ညံ့ဖ်င္းေသာ ဆုံးၿဖတ္ခ်က္မ်ား ကုိ ၿပဳလုပ္လာခဲ့ ေသာ္၊ လူထု က ထုိေခါင္းေဆာင္ ရွိၿခင္း သည္ တကယ့္ မွားယြင္းမႈၾကီး အၿဖစ္    စတင္ ေတြးထင္လာေပလိမ့္မည္။

“Improvement is impossible without a change in leadership.” 
 ေခါင္းေဆာင္မႈ ေၿပာင္းလဲမႈ မၿပဳသ၍ တုိးတက္မႈ မၿဖစ္ႏုိင္ေပ။

 The real test of leadership isn’t where you start out. It’s where you end up.
 ေခါင္းေဆာင္မႈ ကုိ စစ္ေဆး ရာတြင္ ဘယ္ က စၿခင္း ထက္ ဘယ္ ကုိ အဆုံးသတ္ မလဲ ဟူ၍ သာၿဖစ္သည္။

Leadership develops daily, not in a day. 
 ေခါင္းေဆာင္သည္ ေန႔ၿခင္း ညၿခင္း ေပၚ ထြက္လာၿခင္း မဟုတ္။ ေန႔စဥ္ တုိးတက္ လာေအာင္ အားထုတ္ယူရသည္။
