u r right, it is an insult to daw suu and the movement of burma.
u could draft a letter to send this unproductive UN which is also needed overhaul.
UN-US policy towards Burma is not a good direction at the moment.

First of all, Daw Su is currently under house arrest. Her gate is sealed off, any communication from outside world are cut off and soldiers watch her every movement.
How can a prisoner who is under house arrest for over a decade open her own gate and see visitors? Her movements are severely restricted.
How can UN fall for this useless propaganda crap by the junta?
